For owner-operated companies. Syboost finds the problems slowing your business down, puts a number on each one from your own records, and fixes the three that matter most. Based in Brooklyn, New York. Working with owners across the United States.

A business management consultant looks at how a company is actually run: where the money goes, who does what, which vendors and tools earn their keep, and where the owner's time disappears. Then they tell you what to change.
At Syboost it means one specific thing. We spend 30 days inside your business and check every part of it, the way a partner would before deciding whether to buy in. Spending, staff, each division, pricing, vendors, software, cash flow, inventory, collections, freight, labor, leases. You get the full list of what we found, and we pick the three problems worth fixing first.
Owner-operated companies doing $2M to $20M a year. Retail, wholesale and distribution, real estate and property management, contractors and service trades. Usually the owner still signs off on most things, the team has grown faster than the systems, and revenue went up while profit did not.
It is not for startups, for companies that want a slide deck, or for anyone looking for accounting, tax, or financial advice. Syboost is a business operations consultancy, not a CPA firm, and does not give accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
| Spending | Every card, every invoice, every statement, then a sit-down with you on what can and cannot go. If your brother supplies your lumber and charges more, we are not going to tell you to cancel him. We work around what you will not change. |
|---|---|
| Staff | Whether you have HR or not, what the current team is costing you in rework and delay, and who is and is not pulling their weight, from your seat as the owner. |
| Each division | We check whether what you told us matches what the records show. Marketing spend against what it brings in. Software that costs $50,000 a year and barely gets opened. Prices against businesses in your size range. Vendors you could replace with ones you have never heard of. Cash flow, inventory that has sat on the shelf for a year, sales and collections, freight, labor, maintenance, lease terms. |
The list is long on purpose. The fix list is short on purpose: three problems, in the order to fix them, with the easiest big win first.
Step one is the 30-day diagnostic. $5,000, flat. It ends with a readout: the three problems, the number behind each one from your own records, and the order to fix them in. The full list of everything else we found comes with it. How the 30 days run.
Step two, if you want the fixes installed, is a 90-day implementation. $45,000, flat, billed in three installments of $15,000. The $5,000 is credited toward it if you start within 30 days of the readout. No percentage of anything, ever.
Our guarantee is on delivery: if the agreed diagnostic outputs are not delivered within 30 days, we keep working at no additional charge until they are. We do not guarantee savings or any financial outcome, and every estimate we give you is for running the business, never for lenders or investors.
The person who does the walkthroughs is the person in the room for the readout.
Most firms make you ask.
A long report gets filed. Three ranked problems get fixed.
During the 30 days we do not move money, cancel anything, change settings, or talk to your vendors. We look and we write.
If there is a vendor, a person, or a habit you will not change, say so on day one and we plan around it.
Syboost is in Brooklyn. Companies in New York City, Long Island, and northern New Jersey get the kickoff and the readout in person. Everywhere else in the United States it runs on video calls and screen shares, and it works the same way.
Ours is $5,000 for the 30-day diagnostic and $45,000 for the 90-day implementation, billed in three installments of $15,000. Both are flat.
No. Syboost does not do accounting, bookkeeping, CFO work, tax, or financial advice. We look at how the business runs and what it spends, and leave the books to your CPA.
About two hours in week one, a short check-in each week after that, and read access to the records. The walkthroughs are with your people.
The diagnostic stands on its own. You keep the readout and the full list and fix things yourself or with your team.
No. Most of the work is on video wherever you are. Companies near New York City get the kickoff and the readout in person.
